Ros Stephens

I’ve worked in the HR space for over 20 years and gained extensive experience in the corporate world during my 8 years working in the Global HR team at HSBC. I have been a freelance HR consultant since 2011 and hugely enjoy working with a variety of clients. I have a wealth of experience in developing and delivering training for all levels and it’s one of my favourite ways to engage with clients.

In addition to training, I have developed and delivered projects large and small, from developing company values, to writing capability frameworks, to implementing performance management approaches. I am also an executive coach, and often provide one-to-one support to managers at all levels.

When I’m not working, I like to travel as adventurously as possible, develop property and I am also a portrait photographer.
