<h5>Jim Fanshawe</h5>
<p>Jim has over 20 years’ experience in international trade, global supply chain and export business development and operations. A CPD member of the Institute of Export & International Trade. Ambassador for Suffolk Branch of The Institute of Directors covering Brexit and International Trade. Founder and Director of Your Export Department Ltd.<br>Jim was drawn to export management in the mid 1990s having chosen a degree in European Business Administration. He then went on to develop a career in international trade and export management, predominantly working in the SME bracket for manufacturing companies across various sectors. Four years working as an International Trade Advisor for UK Trade & Investment (now called DIT) sowed the seed for what he would later turn into his own support business for UK exporters.</p>

<p>Jim is passionate about seeing UK SMEs succeeding overseas, especially during these changing times when the UK’s position globally is in flux.</p>

<h5>Sue Henry</h5>
<p>Sue Henry is a highly experience transformational change consultant. Over 30 years experience working at the most senior level in NHS management & public health nationally & locally.</p>

<p>Building on her expertise in sport, health, leadership and transformational change Sue left NHS and set up her own business to create programmes leading to sustainable improvement in mental wellbeing and performance for individuals and organisations large and small who want happy, engaged and productive staff.</p>

<p>Sue was previously National Director for NHS Sport and Physical Activity Challenge, a national workplace wellbeing programme which engaged more than 500,000 staff across England</p>

<p>Sue is a coach, counsellor and mentor and has recently qualified as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and is passionate about supporting people to improve and maintain their mental wellbeing.</p>

<p>Her NHS career gave her some fantastic opportunities to understand link between work/health/mental wellbeing & behaviour change.</p>

<p>She worked with women, young people, disadvantaged communities, businesses & created the largest NHS Staff wellbeing programme inspired by London 2012.</p>

<p>Sue will work with you to cut through the ‘yes buts’ and nail down changes you can make which will bring you more joy, more energy and greater mental wellbeing.</p>

<p>She will help you set and achieve goals that will help you find a balance between sleep, recovery and leisure creating time to do more of what you enjoy. She uses a combination of technology giving you real-time data and coaching and she’ll hold you to account!</p>

<p>I have a successful history in technical sales and implementation across various sectors. For the last decade I have been working with a team of developers, designers, technical SEO experts and digital marketers and have combined my sales experience with my digital knowledge focusing on helping businesses to grow online.</p>

<p>We all hear that a great digital strategy will revolutionise business but buying multiple services and ensuring they all dovetail efficiently together can be a minefield. It’s my job to be the digital advocate within your organisation. I help to plan digital strategies, working out how you can use digital tools to make more of your mission; helping teams like yours implement digital projects, sometimes using existing tools, sometimes creating new ones, that includes CRM’s, collaborations, communications, campaigns and lots more. I work with digital experts to build websites and software, sometimes from scratch, sometimes on top of existing platforms.</p>

<p>There’s a lot there, but here’s the best place to start: what’s the problem you’re trying to solve?</p>

<p>I work with BGCN coaches maximising their specialist coaching knowledge and giving projects a digital dimension to open up revenue opportunities.</p>

<p>I am an HR Business Consultant with extensive experience in helping businesses to develop through their employment practices and strategies. I have worked in both the private and public sector – and with private sector clients delivering on behalf of public sector organisations.</p>

<p>I have worked with employers looking to take on their first employees and also FTSE 100 employers. I work with employers if they have an employment issue, that they would like support with, but don’t want (or need) to pay high legal costs.</p>

<p>I offer a unique blend of commercial, operational HR and a strategic understanding of people management. This allows me to provide you with the correct advice, support and documents to ensure your business operates with the UK legal framework; and if required develop your businesses’ People Strategies to align with your overall business plan. The feedback from my clients has been that I help make complicated matters simple.</p>

<p>I have lots of experience in helping employers identify the risks and manage the people processes when they are considering selling, merging or acquiring new businesses, or contracts.</p>

<p>I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and can offer coaching for performance, redundancy support or career.</p>

<p>I’ve worked in the HR space for over 20 years and gained extensive experience in the corporate world during my 8 years working in the Global HR team at HSBC. I have been a freelance HR consultant since 2011 and hugely enjoy working with a variety of clients. I have a wealth of experience in developing and delivering training for all levels and it’s one of my favourite ways to engage with clients. </p>

<p>In addition to training, I have developed and delivered projects large and small, from developing company values, to writing capability frameworks, to implementing performance management approaches. I am also an executive coach, and often provide one-to-one support to managers at all levels. </p>

<p>When I’m not working, I like to travel as adventurously as possible, develop property and I am also a portrait photographer.</p>
