Brian describes himself as, “a confident introvert and my coaching style is thoughtful and considered. I allow individuals and teams time to develop their awareness of situations and the possible solutions. I help them to develop their plans and practise how they can take action. Through doing this they embed the behaviours required to sustain the essential business improvements. The key aspect of my coaching is that I provide a balance of challenge and support; one without the other does not produce the best results.”
