Tim has a background in UK Policing spanning over 30 years including service as a Chief Officer in both Essex and Suffolk. Tim has diverse experience of strategic business planning, culture change and performance management at individual, team, departmental and organisational level.
Tim has many transferable skills developed following training, qualification and practice of mainstream leadership and ‘Command and Control’ in challenging operational situations. In this role Tim also lead many projects including the service-wide transformation of Essex Police in response to the Government Comprehensive Spending Review.
Tim has subsequently had Board level experience within the NHS as a Non-Executive Director and currently holds the Deputy Chair role in a large Mental Health Trust. In this role Tim has supported and challenged the Executive team in a demanding and high profile service area. Tim also has recent experience as co-founder of a small consultancy business and is now keen to support other individuals and organisations using the wealth of experiences gained during the journey of his working life.
