Confident Telemarketing Workshop  23rd October 2019



Target Audience: 
This telemarketing training day is ideal for telemarketing staff and business owners who are responsible for delivering sales leads and appointments for your business.

Workshop Aim: 
The day is designed to provide a background on marketing generally, how to identify your target audience and to create and deliver a specific telemarketing campaign.

The course will be held at Beckett’s Investment Management in Bury St Edmunds.



By the end of this telemarketing training workshop, delegates will have:

  • A general understanding on how marketing integrates with telemarketing
  • What makes an ideal prospect and how to find this information
  • How to create a call guide to meet your call objectives
  • Effective telemarketing skills
  • A professional manner when making telephone calls
  • The required information to develop engagement with the customer



Courses will typically run with 6 delegates, in one of our Suffolk-based training venues, and will include practical exercises as well as class-room style learning.  Price of workshop is £95 per person. 




Delivered by Laura Morrison, founder of Your Telemarketing Ltd, has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, including a Diploma in Direct Marketing from the IDM.

Her sales experience has been gained across all disciplines, culminating as a Board Level Sales Director. 8 years ago, Laura established Your Telemarketing where her sales skills continue to be utilised in growing not only her own business, but those of her clients.

The business has gone on to win awards, and Laura herself has been awarded IoD Director of the year for East of England 2 years running.
