Jess holds the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Senior Level and Executive Coaching and is passionate about helping people to design intentional careers and lives.

She has worked with a diverse range of clients, and she’s particularly driven to help people around the age of 40 who feel stuck in unfulfilling jobs to decide their next career move, so they can design the next 20 years of their career with purpose and passion.

Jess also has 20 years’ experience in producing digital content, including creating and hosting a multi-award winning podcast.
