Most often you’ll be solely responsible to work with a company, but occasionally mentors may pull together on a project. However, you will only be matched with organisations you are happy to work alongside.

What we look for in our coaches

We look for experienced experts who genuinely want to help companies develop and can adhere to our ethos of providing affordable mentorship. Our coaches work alongside businesses as a critical friend; holding them accountable for their decisions and challenging them, but never intimidating or belittling them.

We believe diversification and inclusion is key to a rich and varied business landscape, and therefore our coaches need to represent this outlook. We like coaches from all ages, skillsets, backgrounds and ethnicity.
