Simon is a strategy and innovation adviser with over 20 years’ international experience working with technology-led organisations. Through his role with Innovate UK, he has supported over 100 companies across AI, medtech, clean energy and advanced engineering, delivering structured advisory engagements focused on commercial readiness, operating models and growth strategy.

He has co-founded and scaled technology ventures, including uVue, the precursor to Fetch.ai, where he helped define early commercial strategy and supported its progression to a decentralised AI platform. His earlier career includes senior commercial and delivery roles in broadcast and communications technology, including deployments for global clients and major live events such as the Summer and Winter Olympics, as well as commercial engagements within Formula One.

His work focuses on helping leadership teams align technology capability with market opportunity, secure funding and build credible pathways to scale.
