His most recent role was Divisional Head of Hospitality and Retail, managing a team of over 400 with a track record of driving exceptional profitable growth through strategic business development and people management. He is now running his own Consultancy and he is specialising in Business Coaching, Training and Mentoring. He is also a licensed Mindspan Mindset coach delivering coaching and training to individuals and businesses to improve their thinking and improve lives.
