A lot can change in five years…

When Business Growth Coaches Network was formed, our vision was to pass on years of experience and skill to a new generation of business owners. Working to provide entrepreneurs with the best possible coaching for their business, at a price they could afford.

While our approach may have evolved over time, the values at the heart of BGCN have always remained the same.

Now, with a network of over 25 experienced coaches, we support a diverse range of clients from different sectors. Working collaboratively within our network to match them to their ideal coach or mentor. Ensuring they receive the best possible guidance to propel their business towards success.

As we celebrate our fifth anniversary, we are excited to share these values with you and highlight how they can help your business produce valuable results.

Strong Foundations

To be successful, we believe all businesses need to change and adapt. And we practice what we preach!

We are always working towards improving our coaching network and the ways in which we can provide the support our clients need. We are also proud to say that behind the growth and diversification of our services, we have remained true to our founding values.

Nigel Sandbrook, a founding partner of BGCN, shares the five values that have helped to deliver impactful results for the clients who have trusted us with their success.

  1. Honesty and Integrity

If I had to pick one value, it would be this one – honesty and integrity. We deliver what we promise, and we help our clients achieve what they want to achieve. We are constantly learning and evolving as coaches to make sure we are always providing the best advice that we can deliver. If one of our coaches cannot find the answer, they will collaborate within our network to find a solution.

  1. Value

Being of value to our clients is more than being affordable. It’s about providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to face the day-to-day challenges of running a business.

We all have a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we are keen to give this back to the people who need it. By doing so, we give them the tools they need to navigate their own businesses, allowing them to experience the rewards of doing so.

  1. Enthusiasm – and fun

We wanted to create an environment where everyone learns from each other. One where people are willing to learn, grow and have fun in the process. We bring energy and enthusiasm to drive the change that is needed, and this really helps to inspire our clients to work towards their goals.

After all, who doesn’t want to have fun at work?

  1. Collaborative

Our diverse network of coaches is a powerful tool when providing our clients with expertise best suited to their businesses. Our coaching network is over 25 strong, built of enthusiastic and approachable coaches with a vast working knowledge of their industry.

Not only does this allow us to match our clients to the ideal coach for their business needs, but it also provides a wider support network for the challenges our clients face. If another coach is better suited to a specific issue or project, we will bring them in to help provide the best possible outcome for the client.

For us, being collaborative is more than just our relationship with our clients. It’s our relationship with each other in the network, and how we support our clients together.

  1. Client Focused

We work with a moral compass that is focused on our clients achieving what they need to achieve, at a cost, both monetary and time, that is acceptable to them.

We have no qualms about moving them to a coach that is better suited to the challenges they face. Or acknowledging that the time is right to move from coaching to mentoring. It’s about focusing on the client’s needs and adapting our approach to support them in the most beneficial way.

“These values have helped our clients to achieve impactful results over the past five years – which have included some challenging times during the global pandemic. The future is exciting for BGCN, and we are keen to see who these values will help us support in the next five years.”
