A Programme designed for women who may be feeling unsure about their next steps, are feeling the pressures of their responsibilities, or perhaps want to up their game and want to know how. This is an opportunity to take stock, grow and move forward with confidence.
This programme is for:
Business Leaders & Owners | Entrepreneurs | Solopreneurs | Emerging Leaders | Returners | Career Changers
Programme Overview:
- A 6-month Women’s Professional and Personal Development Programme (Ipswich area);
- Meeting monthly (January - June 2025) for 3 hour sessions;
- Final session will be a 5 hour celebratory graduation event with a keynote speaker;
- Facilitated by 2 highly experienced coaches/consultants with broad professional and personal experience
- £495 per person plus VAT - monthly payment plans can be set up in advance
What can I expect?
Programme sessions will be a combination of a “taught” theme with exercises and discussion, plus
“hot-seat” coaching time for individual group members to explore specific issues with the coaches and the group.
The small-group setting will offer a reflective, safe and supportive learning space for you to reflect and develop in the
world in which you find yourself, from both a personal and professional perspective
