What can I expect?

Programme sessions will be a combination of a “taught” theme with exercises and discussion, plus
“hot-seat” coaching time for individual group members to explore specific issues with the coaches and the group.

The small-group setting will offer a reflective, safe and supportive learning space for you to reflect and develop in the
world in which you find yourself, from both a personal and professional perspective
